How do I get started?
Complete the Request a Quote form with your event date, location, color palette, and décor ideas. I’ll review the details, confirm availability, and contact you to discuss your design and provide a customized quote.
How much does balloon décor cost?
Starting prices for Pop & Flair’s signature pieces are listed on the What We Offer page. Final pricing depends on the design, size, location, delivery and installation requirements, and any specialty elements selected.
Do you deliver and install?
Yes! Professional delivery and installation are included with every full-service installation.
Delivery & installation is $150 for events within 30 miles of St. Cloud. Events outside that area include the standard installation fee plus additional mileage based on travel distance.
How are travel fees calculated?
Events outside the 30-mile service area include the standard $150 delivery and installation fee, plus $0.70 per mile for the additional round-trip travel distance.
How far in advance should I book?
The sooner, the better—especially for popular weekends and larger events. A minimum of four weeks is recommended when your design requires custom signage, vinyl, cutouts, or specialty materials. Last-minute availability may be possible, so you are always welcome to ask.
Do you require a booking payment?
Yes. Events booked more than 90 days in advance require a 50% non-refundable booking payment. Events taking place within 90 days require payment in full. Your date is not reserved until the required payment has been received.
What types of events do you decorate?
Pop & Flair creates balloon décor for birthdays, baby and bridal showers, weddings, graduations, school events, corporate events, grand openings, holiday celebrations, nonprofit events, and other special occasions.
What happens after I request a quote?
Once you submit your request, I will review the details and reach out within 48 hours to discuss your vision, confirm availability, and provide a formal proposal.
